Job Description:
They are currently recruiting for a Performance and Research Manager to join their team at their Head Offices in Poole. You will provide a comprehensive information service to our Senior Management team, advising them on key developments within housing practice.

Responsible for the research function, you will ensure your team keeps up to date with successful performance across the sector and provide support with collecting, inputting and disseminating results of benchmarking activities.

Managing the programme of resident satisfaction surveys, using both qualitative and quantitative research, you will distribute the findings to staff, residents and stakeholder using the appropriate methods. You will review and develop the Housing Services Manual and also the ‘performance indicator’ manual.
 
Skills and Qualifications
Reviewing their performance for governance and performance reports, you will contribute and participate in the overall work of the service improvement team to ensure high quality of service to our users. The ideal candidate will hold a qualification in Project Management, have a strong knowledge of housing policy and performance, and have experience of writing reports for all levels of service users. With excellent communication skills, both written and orally, you will have a good knowledge of Microsoft packages, Ideally holding a recognised housing, IT or line management qualification, you will set objectives and prioritise work to meet targets and deadlines. Due to the nature of this role, you must hold a full clean driving license as you will be required to travel. networx is not a typical agency. We handle applications on behalf of our clients.
