Job Description:
A rare opportunity has arisen for an individual ideally with experience of bathroom sales to join them in this truly exciting and unique role. Previous showroom experience is not essential, however you must boast a track record and natural hunger for sales to stand out from the crowd. Highly customer-focussed, your main role is to sell their extensive range of bathroom, showering and sanitaryware products to customers both in the showroom and over the phone to increase overall branch profitability.

Although a background in administration is not essential, your sales technique will be complemented with your superb organisational and time management skills, where you will effectively and efficiently conduct various administrative duties such registering new orders on a weekly basis and chasing these daily. Other duties include managing stock levels and ensuring returns are dealt with appropriately, and finally, you will provide a comprehensive customer after sales care service. Achieving profitable sales is the key purpose of the role, therefore understanding margin is an essential element of the role.
 
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven successful background in sales and customer service, coupled with knowledge of the plumbing, heating and sanitary ware market, gained either in a merchant or retail environment. Although showroom / branch experience is not essential, if you do have this, it could put you in good stead. You must also be computer literate, and knowledge of using a sales management system will be advantageous, although training will be given. networx are not a typical agency.
