Job Description:
Their Service Improvement team is currently being developed and they now require a highly dedicated and customer-focussed individual to lead and co-ordinate this new team. Overall, the function is designed to support and implement projects that improve the performance, value for money and the customer focus of our services. This could be your chance to become pivotal in its growth.

Specific duties include ensuring reviews conducted by the Service Improvement Officers are in line with agreed business plan and strategies. You will be responsible for the identification of both cashable and non-cashable savings arising from reviews as well as keeping up-to-date with best practice. Other duties include conducting 1 to 1’s and appraisals with your team and overall, promoting a positive attitude towards service improvement and change management.
 
Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will already be a proven people manager – able to successfully lead and shape a team. Candidates must also be able demonstrate a background covering researching, analysing and producing solutions that achieve set objectives within a similar environment. These must have focussed on providing high quality services, offering best value and increasing overall efficiency and effectiveness. Closing date: 8th January 2010.
